Technical Considerations
- While there are a number of browsers that will work, PlanWell Enterprise, PlanWell PDS and the Electronic Work Order (EWO) are based heavily on Microsoft software technology. Therefore, a Windows PC utilizing Internet Explorer v.5 or higher is the optimized platform for use with these web-based tools.
- Broadband connectivity is also recommended to get the most out of the tools and information available online. Due to the amount of data available in PlanWell Enterprise and PlanWell PDS, a modem connection will work but can prove to be much slower than a broadband connection.

- CD archiving of the project documents is available at any time upon request

Bid/Construction Document Management Teams
Peninsula Digital, Inc understands that all projects are unique and don't necessarily share the same characteristics. With that in mind, we assign a support team to each project consisting of three employees including one from Executive Management, one from Production Management and one from the Sales Department. The team works with you to coordinate every aspect of the printing and distribution. We offer a number of ways to collect and report information related to the planholders list, planholders activity, document distribution, order history and plan submittal history. This information is available to customers on a 24/7 basis via PlanWell Enterprise and PlanWell PDS web-based tools.
