Document Management and Web-Based Tools

• While there are a number of browsers that will work, PlanWell Enterprise, PlanWell PDS and the Electronic Work Order (EWO) are based heavily on Microsoft software technology. Therefore, a Windows PC utilizing Internet Explorer v.5 or higher is the optimized platform for use with these web-based tools.
• Broadband connectivity is also recommended to get the most out of the tools and information available online. Due to the amount of data available in PlanWell Enterprise and PlanWell PDS, a modem connection will work but can prove to be much slower than a broadband connection.
